WhiteLight Consulting are a corporate events and project management company who work with large corporate clients including Enterprise Ireland, The National Lottery, Fingal County Council, First Citizen Finance and many others. 

The inaugural National Lottery Good Causes Awards took place on Saturday 3rdNovember in The Clayton Burlington Hotel. This was a high-profile televised event for 400 people and featured celebrities from the world of show business, the arts, TV and sport. As Project and Event Managers for the Good Causes Awards, it was crucial to get all aspects of the event right. 

 When it came to after-dinner entertainment, there was only one option in our minds. 

Ronan McQuillan and The Enemies are the best in the corporate entertainment business. They always read an audience brilliantly. They tailor the repertoire to suit the taste of the audience and keep the dancefloor filled all night. They performed a top-class line-up of music from the 1970’s right through to today. Their brief was to get people dancing and enjoying themselves and they delivered more than we could have asked for.  

In terms of working with them, they couldn’t be easier to deal with. They were very responsive and helpful in the planning stage and arrived exactly when requested for set up and sound check. Their sound and lighting set up was superb and they even extended themselves to allow one of the finalists to perform alongside them on the night, which was way over and above the call of duty. 

No matter what kind of event you are planning, the team at WhiteLight Consulting highly recommend The Enemies.

The Enemies performed at the Qatar Irish Society Annual Gala Ball in March 2016.  They were fantastic and a highlight of the evening and the celebrations.  Their energy, performance, interactions with the crowd and all round sense of fun permeated through the ballroom of 700 people.  Their performance at brunch the following day was equally impressive.  It was a very quick decision to invite them back for a repeat performance in 2017 and again for 2018. Once again they enthralled the audience.  

The Enemies are a fantastic band and are a pleasure to work with. They are master entertainers and we look forward to working with them on future occasions.

“The Enemies” have played at Blackrock Clinic’s staff party for the past 2 years with between 400-500 people attending. From the first guitar strum to the very last drum beat the dance floor is always full of people enjoying themselves. Their ability to play so many different genres of music means that absolutely everyone’s tastes are catered for. Ronan and the guys really engage with everyone and I always get comments afterwards telling me how fantastic they are. Ronan also dons his DJ hat for us when the band finishes and keeps the party going for another few hours! 

I would highly recommend “The Enemies” to anyone who is looking for a professional, tight and entertaining band.
